Cet article réfléchit à la signification du tournant affectif face au travail effectué dans les études culturelles et queer, en accordant une attention particulière aux distinctions entre théories archivistiques et pratiques archivistiques. Il met l’accent sur les archives queer et se penche en particulier sur les méthodes de création des artistes dans les archives. L’article conclut avec un bref retour à l’ouvrage Mal d’archive de Derrida en guise de reconnaissance de son influence.

Ann Cvetkovich

Ann Cvetkovich is Professor of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at the University of Texas at Austin and Professor Emeritus in the Feminist Institute of Social Transformation at Carleton University. She was previously Ellen Clayton Garwood Centennial Professor of English and founding Director of LGBTQ Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. She is the author of Mixed Feelings: Feminism, Mass Culture, and Victorian Sensationalism (New Brunswick, NJ: Rutgers, 1992); An Archive of Feelings: Trauma, Sexuality, and Lesbian Public Cultures (Durham, NC: Duke, 2003); and Depression: A Public Feeling (Durham, NC: Duke, 2012), and she is currently completing a book called Feeling My Way Through the Archives: A Journey in Queer Method.

Authors of manuscripts accepted for publication retain copyright in their work and are able to publish their articles in institutional repositories or elsewhere as long as the piece is posted after its original appearance on archivaria.ca. Any reproduction within one year following the date of this agreement requires the permission of the General Editor.
