Hugh A. Taylor
Hugh A. Taylor has been Provincial Archivist of Alberta, 1966-1968, New Brunswick, 1968-1971, and Nova Scotia, 1978-1982; from 1971 until 1978 he was Director of the Archives Branch, Public Archives of Canada. He has published numerous articles on archives and archival practice and, most recently, has been teaching archival studies at the University of British Columbia.
